The room was very comfortable and quiet. Breakfasts are worth a special mention. With Booking.com I could benefit from a free limo pickup from the airport.

Everything about this property was fabulous; starting from the staff at the reception (Anil & Furkan) all the way to guest service and restaurant. The breakfast buffet had a delicious verity of selections that will make everyone happy.

İf you want to stay in the modern city center of İstanbul, the location is great. The hotel is very clean, and staff is very attantive. Mr. Tevfik, who handled our check-in, was very kind and helpful. İt is also ideal for business stays.

Very nice breakfast, very nice hotel, all at superlative. It is indeed a true 5 stars hotel, very modern, clean and you can have a nice experience. If you have an executive room you get access to the executive lounge where you can serve dinner for free. It is the best location in Istanbul.

I don’t often leave feedback, but I simply couldn’t not leave one for this beautiful hotel. The hotel staff are so very well trained and have a perfect balance of friendliness and professionalism. The hotel itself is excellent for people on a work trip who also want to relax in a Turkish hammam, workout at the gym or swim in the most pleasant swimming pool after( or before) their meetings. Overall, the standards are very high at this hotel and the staff are attentive to your needs, quietly making sure that you get exactly what you need. I’ll definitely stay here again, and I would recommend it to anybody who is after a hassle- free hotel stay where nothing goes wrong and everything is designed to give you a comfortable and luxurious experience.

As remarkable as it used to be even 10 years back.... The staff is very polite and helpful. Wholesome breakfast with Mediterranean, Indian, Turkish and international cuisine , well-equipped fitness centre gym, extremely clean pool and excellent sauna/whirlpool facilities. Located very close to one of the best shopping malls - Kanyun and Metro / ample public transport, an iconic Turkish architecture mosque right across the main arterial, yet in the middle of the business/ financial district of Istanbul.

Bkfst was super, spa and fitness too. I enjoyed sauna and steam bath. Location is perfect, not too far from the fancy area. Around the hotel there are mall and restorants. Room was spacy and comfortable.

Everything was fantastic. Great location, great hotel and super polite staff. Reception staff are always ready to help guests. Also, housekeeping service was perfect. I always respect other traditions and culture but I was just shocked after this situation. About 100 people from the Indian delegation came to the hotel and our breakfast hall was full and everything was antisanitary because some people from the delegation stand and ate everything in front of the food desk with their hands and if they dislike the food then they just put their food from their hands on the food desk. Nobody wants to eat this kind of food of course. It was horrible scene for everybody. I think, everybody complained about this situation to the hotel managers and hotel staff. Next day hotel staff divide our breakfast hall in 2 parts. First hall for the delegation from India and the second one for us. It was so nice to sit in a clean and noncrowded breakfast hall. Big thanks and big respect to the hotel)

The staff was friendly, attentive and helpful. The breakfast had a large variety of choices and was delicious. The hotel is a large space with a lot of areas to create anything you want. Secure as well. The doormen were quick and helpful. The assisting staff were quick and generous. The maintenance team were understanding and helpful.
